How do I make changes to my Parkonomy account?

Firstly, make sure you are logged into your Parkonomy account by tapping on the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu. 


Select ‘log in’ at the bottom of the screen and enter username and password.


Next tap on the menu icon again and select ‘My account’.

Here you can see all your details and make changes such as 

‘Edit information’, 

‘Change email’ and 

‘Change password’.


You can also add, remove or edit vehicle details.



To add a vehicle, tap 

on the green text 

‘Add vehicle’


(In the next screen you can input all of your vehicle 

details).



To remove a vehicle, hold your finger down on the vehicle tab, 
swipe left to reveal ‘DELETE’, lift your finger and tap on the red ‘DELETE’ icon.


To edit vehicle details, swipe right, lift your finger and tap on the yellow ‘EDIT’ icon.

In the next screen you can edit your vehicle details.


‘Add new card’ is currently unavailable. You add card details when booking a parking session.

However, it does partially display your card details after booking a parking session.


To remove the card, 
tap, hold the card number and swipe left to reveal ‘DELETE’, lift your finger and tap on the red ‘DELETE’ icon.

Your card is now 
deleted.


Please double check to ensure all your details are correct before you complete booking a parking session, with particular emphasis to ensure your vehicle registration correct to avoid any possible complications.
