To deactivate your account, please contact us via our helpdesk by creating a ticket with your request using our app, mobile or desktop website. |
To create a ticket using the app, navigate to the main menu by tapping on the icon with three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen. Then within the menu tap ‘Support’. Please complete all fields with a message requesting deletion of your account and tap send. |
For the mobile website, using a similar navigation route, tap on the three horizontal bars at the top left of the screen, tap ‘Contact Us’, ‘Submit a ticket’ and then complete all fields. |
Desktop website is slightly different. Click on ‘Contact’ at the top right of the screen, then click ‘Submit a ticket’. Again, please make sure to complete all the fields before you click submit, as it helps us locate your Parkonomy account and respond more promptly to your request. |
We can then arrange for your account to be de-activated. If you require parking session invoices from your account, please ensure you have downloaded them first as they will be deleted once your account is de-activated. |
