How do I extend a parking session?

Once you enter the app, tap the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu.


Tap ‘Login’ on the red tab the bottom of the screen.



Log into your account by entering your email or mobile phone number and password, then tap sign in.

Note: When entering your mobile phone number, please ensure you remove the 
first zero (0) from the number.
(e.g. 7123456789 instead of 07123456789).


Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu again and tap on 'My bookings'.


Select the active session you would like to be extended and then tap on ‘Extend’.


This will then bring you to the car park location page where you can extend the leaving time.


Increase your time as needed and tap 

‘Pay Now’.



Once payment has gone through you will enter a booking confirmation page which validates the parking session is made.

 

If you are unable to use the extension link, please make a new booking immediately after the end of your previous session.
