How do I make a post-payment?

Modified on Wed, 3 Sep at 2:54 PM

Post payment is a feature used to pay for a parking session that has already happened, allowing customers a limited time to pay after the start of their session.

This feature is only possible in a select number of car parks permitted by the car park operator. You can find out whether post-payment is accepted on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park. It is advised that all parking should be paid in advance or on arrival.

You can also find out if this is a feature is available by following these instructions using the Parkonomy app.

Create an account or log into the Parkonomy App.

On the map screen, in the search bar select the car park you are using or used.

Once the car park
is selected,
tap ‘PAY NOW’.

If the car park allows post-payment, for a limited time you can go back and put in your arrival and exit times.

Please ensure these times are accurate and cover when the vehicle was parked in the car park.

Add the remaining requested details and complete your booking.
