How do I make a parking session?

Firstly, download the Parkonomy app from either Google Play or app store depending on your device.

Upon opening the app, you will see a map.

Use the search bar to type in the name or location number of the car park you would like to book a parking session.

Alternatively, you can navigate across the map to view all Parkonomy car parks. Search areas can be narrowed by entering town/city or postcode into the search bar.

From there, select a car park by tapping on one of the green Parkonomy logos at your chosen location.

Once you selected a car park, tap ‘PAY NOW’.

Choose tariff type, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or yearly for example.

Enter arrival time, leaving time and vehicle type, turn on or off SMS confirmations and reminders, and enter discount code if applicable.

Following completion of these fields you will be prompted to login or register.

When registering, please ensure all requested details are added to progress.

You can now enter your car registration and card details to make payment.

After payment is received, a booking confirmation screen will appear to verify your parking session is booked.
