How do I make changes in my Parkonomy account?

Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu, then tap ‘Login/Sign up’.

Sign in with either your email address or mobile phone number.

When signing in with your mobile phone number please ensure you enter the digits, missing out the first zero.

Enter your password and tap on the ‘SIGN IN’ button.

To change your name, email, mobile phone number and home address, tap on the ‘EDIT PROFILE’ button.

By selecting the settings tab, you will find a page where you can view the default vehicle registration number on your account.

To edit the current vehicle, please tap on the pencil icon.

To add an additional vehicle registration number, select ‘ADD VEHICLE’.

By scrolling down the page reveals payment cards used for previous bookings. Please note you cannot add a new card by selecting ‘ADD CARD’ currently.

Parking is paid for during the normal booking process.

To change your email address or password, return to the main menu and tap on your selected option.
