How do I make changes in my Parkonomy account?

Enter the Parkonomy website at parkonomy.com

Click on the padlock icon labelled ‘Log In’ located at the top of the home page.


Enter your email or mobile number (without the first zero) and password.


To edit your customer profile, select ‘Account edit’.


You will see multiple fields where you can make changes and add further details.


Click on each field to reveal and edit and add information.


‘Manage cars’ allows you to edit, delete and add new vehicles.


‘Manage cards’ is currently unavailable. You add card details when booking a parking session.


Please ensure all details are up to date correct before making parking sessions with emphasis to having the correct vehicle and registration set as your default vehicle before booking a parking session and park at any of the sites.
