Ticket Machine on Car Park Grounds doesn’t work?

Parkonomy does not own or manage any car parks, this includes ticket machines on car park grounds, Parkonomy is an online payment platform only.

Any issues with the ticket machines on car park grounds, please contact the Car Park Operator via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.

As for your parking session on the day, if it is a bookable via our service, you must make the parking session immediately on arrival, as a discrepancy in start time to your actual session may cause you to be issued with a PCN by the Car Park Operator.

If you cannot pay using our service, you will need to find alternative payment methods set up by the Car Park Operator or Alternative Parking. If you cannot paid for your parking session, do not continue to park at the location and seek alternative parking, otherwise you may be issued a PCN by the Car Park Operator.
