I have received a PCN, what do I do?

Parkonomy does not own or manage any car parks this includes ticket machines on car park grounds, Parkonomy is an online payment platform only, therefore Parkonomy does not issue any PCNs but Car Park Operator might.


Car Park Operators do not share any details regarding PCNs issued on car park grounds, and so, unfortunately, we cannot assist in regards to any PCN related issues.


If you believe you have been wrongly issued a PCN, please follow the instructions on the PCN to appeal the PCN. You will need to resolve this PCN with the issuer directly with the relevant details of your parking session.


If you have lost your PCN, you will need to contact the Car Park Operator directly to discuss, they can be contacted via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.
