Select the Tariff type (Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, 6Monthly, Yearly), then enter in your Arriving time of your parking session, Leaving Time (Hourly only), the vehicle type, turn on or off any SMS confirmation or SMS reminders as needed, if not already logged in, this will prompt you to log in, or create an account by clicking new user, your vehicle registration and payment details. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press pay now. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details your parking session paid for. |
Mobile Website:
 Search the Location number, Address, or Name of the car park, click on the car park, |
 Select your vehicle type, tariff type, the start date and time of your parking session, end date and time of your parking session, turn on or off any SMS confirmation or SMS reminders as needed, then tap book now (if not already logged in, this will prompt you to log in, or create an account by clicking new user) |
 Once logged in, this will then ask for your vehicle registration and payment details. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press book now. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details your parking session paid for. |
Pay By Mobile:
If you are a new customer and have not used our pay by mobile service before, or are adding a new vehicle to your account:
Please text Park followed by your vehicle registration to 65065,
Example: Park LP12PCU
The system will then call you back for further details about your parking session,
Please ensure you stay on the call until we have confirmed a valid parking session has been successfully made.
If you already have an account, or have used our pay by mobile service before:
Please call 0333 313 0000,
The system will then call you back for further details about your parking session,
Please ensure you stay on the call until we have confirmed a valid parking session has been successfully made.
Desktop Website:
