I can't log into my account? How do I regain access?

App:

Click on the menu, then log in, then click on forgotten password, this will then request a email address or phone number linked to your account.

Once entered press send password reset link, this will then send a password reset link to your email or phone number to regain access to your account.




Mobile Website: 

Use the forgotten password page: https://parkonomy.com/en/customer/forgotten-password


Select whether you wish to be reminded by Email or Phone, then enter in the Email (or phone details if selected) and then once you have double checked all is correct, press send, this will then send a recovery email, or an SMS Password depending on what is selected.


Pay By Mobile: 

If you attempted to pay for a parking session via our Pay By Mobile system, the system would have automatically created an account to store any parking session details and invoices.  To gain access to your account, please use your mobile number used to contact our pay by mobile system and SMS password sent with your original parking session. If you do not have this, please use the forgotten password page below, select remind me by phone, then enter in your mobile number and press send, this will then send a new SMS password to use along side your mobile number to regain access to your account.
