How to amend a vehicle registration on an active parking session?

App:

Sign into your account, Click on the menu at the top left, go to my bookings,  

then click on the active parking session you wish to amend, click on change vehicle, this will then supply a drop down with a list of vehicle registrations attached to your account, or add new to add a new vehicle registration, once done, click change.

This till then show the new vehicle registration on your account.

Mobile Website:

Sign into your account, tap on the menu at the top left, tap on My account, then scroll the the parking session you wish to amend, 

click on change vehicle, this will then supply a list of vehicle registrations attached to your account, or add new to add a new vehicle registration, once done, click save.

This till then show the new vehicle registration on your account.




Pay By Mobile:

To amend a vehicle registration from a paybymobile session, please log into your account using your mobile number and SMS password sent with your original parking session, then follow the steps based on the where you logged in (see App, Mobile Website, or Desktop website for more details).


Desktop Website:

Log into your account, Click on my account, List bookings, then click change vehicle,

This will then allow you to enter in a new vehicle registration, or select a different vehicle registration on your account.

Once selected, press save. This will then show the new vehicle registration on the parking session under details.



Note: Some locations do not allow vehicle registration changes, and therefore will grey out or not show the change vehicle feature, therefore you will need to make a new parking session with the Correct Vehicle registration or alternatively, you will need to contact the Car Park Operator directly via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage to discuss the session paid for will cover your parking session at the location.
