There is a possible number of reasons why the system may not have been able to call you back, please check the following below to see if any of the following reasons which may have been the cause for disruption of making your parking session. If you did not get a call back immediately, you will need to attempt to pay for parking via our mobile website, desktop website, or app, or via alternative methods on car park grounds set up by the Car Park Operator such as ticket machines on car park grounds.

  • Don't have a phone signal - It is possible to text the number when you don't have a strong phone signal and if you do manage to text but then lose signal the system maybe trying to contact you, but your phone may not be picking this up.
  • Forgot vehicle registration - It is possible that you texted Park to 65065 but did not enter your vehicle registration, this confuses the system and therefore does not call you, but does set up an account, please use the forgotten password page, enter your mobile number without the starting zero and then press send, this will send an SMS password to gain access to this account

  • Did not text the correct number - you may have mistakenly text park to the number for existing customer, being 0333 313 0000, if you are an existing customer please call this number, if you are a new customer, or trying to add a new vehicle registration, please text park and your vehicle registration to 65065.
  • Text didn't send due to blocked shortcodes - Some mobile phone service providers block contacting short codes, if when you text park and your vehicle registration to 65065 and it fails to send, this maybe blocked by your mobile phone service provider and they will need to be contacted directly to unblock short codes.

When the system is contacted by texting park to 65065, please note that the system automatically creates an account to store parking session details on, this is regardless if a parking session has been successfully made or not, to gain access to this account, please use the forgotten password page: https://parkonomy.com/en/customer/forgotten-password

Select remind me by phone, and then enter the mobile number without the starting zero that you used to attempt to pay for parking.

Please note that 65065 is a shared short code, please ensure you follow the Parkonomy signage when attempting to contact the system and carefully listen to the call when making your parking session.
