If you have messaged in before your parking session has started due to a cancellation you may possibly be refunded your parking session fee, minus any booking fees, SMS Confirmation fees, or SMS Reminder fees.
If you are unable to access the car park such as it being closed, we will need to investigate into this alongside the Car Park Operator to discuss if the car park was closed and if we are authorised to do a refund on your parking session.
If your parking session has already begun, you may not be entitled to a refund and will need to contact the car park operator via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.
Some Car Park Operators handle refunds and issues internally, if the parking session you are asking about a refund for is ran by a Car Park Operator who handles this internally, we will ask you to contact the car park operator via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park, Or where possible, will supply you with public contact details to the Car Park Operator.
