How do I get any invoices for my parking sessions?

TABLE OF CONTENTS


App:  

Sign into your account, Click on the menu at the top left, go to my bookings,

then click on the parking session you wish to receive an invoice for, 

Once selected, click invoice, this will then generate a PDF invoice to save or print as needed.



Mobile Website:

Sign into your account, Click on the menu at the top left, go to my Account

If the parking session is a current active session, click on Active, if the parking session has already finished, click on History,

then tap on the more info on the top right of the card with the parking session you wish to receive an invoice for,

Once selected, click here to see your invoice, this will then generate a PDF invoice to save or print as needed.



PayByMobile:

On paying for your parking session via our Pay By Mobile Service, the system would automatically create an account to store any invoices on. Sign into your account using your mobile number and SMS password sent with your original parking session, then you will be able to follow the steps of the alternative methods to gain access to your invoice (see Mobile website or Desktop website for more details).




Desktop Website:

Sign into your account, click on my account, then click on List Bookings, scroll to the parking session in question, then click invoice, this will then generate a PDF invoice to save or print as needed.
