App:

Log into your account, tap on the menu on the top left, tap on my bookings, then search for the active session you wish to extend, tap it to get more details and then tap on Extend. This will bring you to the car park location page to create a new session to work off your previous parking session, enter in the new end date and time of your parking session. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press pay. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details of your parking session paid for

Mobile Website: 

Log into your account, select the menu on the top left, then My Account, search the parking session you wish to extend under active, then select Extend Booking. This will bring you to the car park location page to create a new session to work off your previous parking session, enter in the new end date and time of your parking session. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press pay. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details of your parking session paid for.

Pay By Mobile:

Call 0333 313 0000, then listen carefully to the options of extendable sessions and press the number corresponding to the session you wish to extend, give the amount of time to extend by, the system will read back your selection and give the new end time of your parking session and price, once confirmed the system will then ask for payment details. Once all confirmed the new session to work off your previous session will be made and supply the booking reference for your records, you will also be able to see this on your account via logging into your account.

Desktop Website:

Log into your account, click on List bookings, then search the parking session you wish to extend and click Extend booking.

This will bring you to the car park location page to create a new session to work off your previous parking session, enter in the new end date and time of your parking session. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press pay. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details of your parking session paid for.
