Some locations has set restrictions regarding start date and time or duration and there can be a variety of reasons why you will be unable to select the start date and time of your parking session.
The following reasons could be why you can't select the start date and time:
The location does not support post payment:
Some locations do not allow payments for sessions that have already happened at the car park, therefore you cannot use our service to pay for a parking session that has already happened at this location. To discuss payment for your parking session, you will need to contact the Car Park Operator directly via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.
Post Payment at this location is only enabled up to a set amount of time:
Some locations have the ability to pay after parking enabled up to a limit of time, therefore you will only have a set amount of hours from the start of your parking session to then pay for your parking session, in the example below, the car park has a 48 hour limit, meaning you can select back up to 2 days, any time beyond this 48 hours is not possible as set by the Car Park Operator.
Payment is only available once parked:
At some locations, the Car Park is set up so that payment can only be made once the vehicle is parked at the car park, the location will have a warning as shown below saying "Payment for parking is available only at the Car Park, find your space first and then continue to make payment." and therefore the start date and time will be the current date and time only and not allow future or past sessions to be made.
Booking must be made 1 hour in advance:
Some locations require sessions to be made a set time in advance, when this is the case it will block out and time must be set to the amount of time, you cannot enter the car park earlier than the start time of your parking session.
