It says my phone number is already taken, why is this?

If when attempting to pay for your parking session online and the system says:

The mobile has already been taken

If you have attempted to pay for parking via our Pay By Mobile system, the system would have automatically created an account to store invoices and parking session details on.

Please attempt to log in using your mobile number and SMS Password sent with your original parking session.
If you do not have this, please use the forgotten password page:

Select remind me by phone, then enter in your mobile number and press send. This will then Send a new SMS password to regain access to your account.

If you have not paid via our service before, please contact in so we can investigate whether an account does or does not have this mobile number attached.
