What is Post payment? How do I pay for a parking session that has already happened?

Post Payment:

Post Payment is the feature used to pay for parking session that have already happened, allowing customers to pay after a set amount of hours from the start of their parking session.


Post Payment is only possible on set car parks where the enabled by the Car Park Operator, therefore if you cannot select the start date and time of your parking session, we cannot support payment for your parking session that has already happened, and to discuss further regarding payment of your parking session that has already happened you will need to contact the Car Park Operator directly via the contact details on the non-Parkonomy signage at the Car Park.


App:

Log into your account, search the Car Park Location Number or name of the car park, select the arrival time of your parking session, leaving time of your parking session, turn on or off any SMS confirmation or SMS reminders as needed, enter in your vehicle registration and payment details. Once you have double checked all details are correct, press pay now. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details of your parking session paid for.


Mobile Website: 

Search the Car Park Location number or name of the car park, select the Vehicle type, Tariff type, enter in the From date and time, To date and time (You will then be given a warning that explains your parking session is in the past in case you intended to pay for a session that is for the current day).

Turn on or off SMS confirmation as needed, once you have double checked all details regarding your parking session are correct, click pay now, log into your account (or if you do not have an account, click new user and then enter details to create an account), then enter in your vehicle registration and payment details. Once you have double checked all details are correct regarding your vehicle registration and payment details press pay. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details.


Pay By Mobile:


Post payment sessions cannot be made via our Pay By Mobile service, therefore to do post payment, please use the alternative methods of App, Mobile Website, or Desktop Website.


Desktop Website:


Search the Car Park Location Number or name of the car park,

Select the start date and time to the date and time of your parking session that has already happened and the end date and time of your parking session (You will then be given a warning that explains your parking session is in the past in case you intended to pay for a session that is for the current day), turn on or off SMS confirmation as needed, enter details to create an account (or if you already have an account, please log in), enter your vehicle registration and payment details. Once you have double checked all details are correct press pay. This will then take you to a confirmation page confirming the details of your parking session paid for.
