How do I reset my password?

Start by accessing the Parkonomy website at parkonomy.com

Tap the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu, then tap

‘Login/Sign up’.

Tap ‘Forgotten password’.

Enter registered email address or mobile phone number without

the first zero,

then tap on the

‘SEND'.

If you enter your email address, you will receive an email with a link to follow and set a new password.

Alternatively, if you enter your mobile phone number, you will receive a SMS text message with an auto generated password to use and regain access to your account.
