I can't select my start date or time when making a booking why?

Modified on Wed, 3 Sep at 4:51 PM

Some locations have set restrictions when booking a start date and time for a variety of reasons.
Please read the following reasons why you can’t select the start date and time.

The location doesn’t support post-payment.

Some locations do not allow you to pay once a parking session already happened. In this circumstance you will need to contact the car park operator from the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.

Post payment is only allowed up to a set amount of time.

Some locations only allow up to set amount of time for customers to pay after a session had already happened. For instance, if a site allows up to a 24-hour window to pay, any attempt to pay after that time period would not be possible. In this instance it is suggested the customer to again contact the car park operator from the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.

Payment is only available once parked.

Some locations do not allow you to pre-book and you can only pay at the car park. When booking there is a notice asking you to find a space first then continue to payment then selecting your arrival date and time.

Booking must be made 1 hour in advance.

Some locations require sessions to be made from a set time prior to entry. When completing the booking you will see a notice on the booking screen stating ‘Bookings can be made in advance 1 hour prior to arrival’ for example. You will not be able to enter the car park before that time.
