I pre-booked and the car park is full. What do I do?

As a payment platform, Parkonomy cannot guarantee the availability of parking spaces.

 

If you paid in advance and there are no spaces available, please contact Parkonomy by submitting a ticket via the app, or mobile and desktop website. Please provide details such as car park number, vehicle registration and include any other information regarding the parking session.

 

We will then contact the parking operator and request a refund on your behalf.
