Mobile app To raise a ticket using the mobile app, please follow these instructions: Once you enter the app, tap on the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu. From the list of options displayed, tap on ‘Support’. Please enter all details including your name, email address, mobile phone prefix, mobile phone number without the first zero, tap where it says ‘Help Topic’ and select the topic relevant to your query, enter subject relating to your query, then create a message providing us with as many details as possible, including vehicle registration, car park name and number, dates, times and method of payment (such as using the app, PayByMobile, Qeosk and the mobile or desktop website). Once you entered all your details, please tap on the send button. Please then await an email reply from us. When awaiting a response, please ensure you check your email spam folder, as your filter settings may cause your reply message to be sent there. |
Website To raise a ticket using the mobile and desktop website, please follow these instructions: From the home page click on the envelope icon at the top right of the webpage to enter the support homepage. At the centre of the screen, click on the box that says, ‘Submit a ticket’. You will now be presented with a webpage to input your details. Please complete all fields such as your title, full name, email, phone number, click where it says, ‘Help Topic’ and select the topic relevant to your query, enter subject relating to your query, car park name, vehicle registration and enter your message. When entering a message, please provide as many details as you can. More details can help speed up the response time of your query. You can also add screenshots by clicking on ‘Attachment’ and selecting the file or files you wish to attach. Click on the box to the left of the ‘I’m not a robot’ text to confirm you are human and click ‘Submit’. |
Contacting car park operators In certain circumstances, queries made may require you to directly contact the car park operator. Details of which can be found in their car park on the non-Parkonomy signs. When contacting the car park operator please note Parkonomy does not transfer information you already provided to us. Please ensure you keep it to hand and pass it onto them as requested. |
