It says my phone number is already taken, why is this?

If you paid for parking through the PayByMobile method before, the system would have automatically created an account to store invoices and parking sessions on.


Firstly, try to log in using your mobile phone number and password received by SMS previously. If this does not work, select forgotten password in the mobile or desktop website.

Enter mobile phone number (without the starting zero) and tap ‘Send’.

You should then receive a SMS with an autogenerated password to use and regain access to your account.
