Once you have made a transaction, the payment goes through to the car park operator. In the instance you wish to request a refund, contact Parkonomy via our helpdesk and we will communicate with the car park operator. All refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. |
In some cases, we will ask you to contact the car park operator directly to discuss a possible refund of your parking session. Where possible we will provide you the contact details of the car park operator. Alternatively, car park operators contact details will be on the non-Parkonomy signs in the car park. |
If you wish to cancel a car parking session you are not required to let us know unless you are requesting a refund. Consideration will be made whether a booking can be fully or partially refunded. Booking fees, SMS confirmation and reminder services cannot be refunded. |
