Parking Cancellations must be done before your parking session begins, if your parking session has started you will need to contact in with the details such as mobile number, email and vehicle registration attached to your parking session, and context as to the cancellation, this will then be put through consideration as to whether you can be refunded, particle refunded, or cannot be refunded.

In some cases, we will ask you to contact the car park operator directly to discuss a possible refund of your parking session. Contact details for the Car Park Operator should be found on the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.
