I received a PCN (parking fine), what do I do?

Parkonomy is an online payment platform and does not manage or own any car parks, therefore we do not issue PCN’s, but the car park operator might and this can be for various contraventions.


Car park operators do not share any details to Parkonomy regarding issued PCN’s, and so, unfortunately, we cannot assist with PCN related issues.


If you believe you have been wrongly issued a PCN, please follow instructions on the PCN to appeal. You will need to resolve the PCN with the issuer directly.


In the circumstance you lost your PCN, please contact the car park operator directly to discuss. They can be contacted using the non-Parkonomy signage at the car park.
