PayByMobile. I didn't receive a call back.

Here are some possible reasons why you may not receive a call back when using the PayByMobile service.


Phone signal

It maybe you do not have a strong enough phone signal in your location when sending the text and the system is trying to call you back.


Forgot to input vehicle registration

It is possible you may text 'PARK' but did not input your vehicle registration.


Did not text the correct number

You may of mistakenly text 'PARK' to the number for existing customers 0333 313 0000 instead of 65065.


Text did not send due to blocked short codes

Phone service providers may block short codes. If you text 65065 and this fails, you may need to contact your phone service provider directly to unblock short codes.
