How do I change my vehicle registration and details during an active session?

Enter the Parkonomy website at parkonomy.com

Click on the padlock icon labelled ‘Log In’ located at the top of the home page.

Enter your email or mobile number (without the first zero) and password.

You will be directed to the ‘Customer Profile’ page.

At the left of the page, click on ‘List bookings’.

Click on the 'Change Vehicle' button where you have the active parking session.

Change vehicle registration number and details, the click 'Save'.

Your new details are now applied to your current parking session.
