How do I extend a parking session?

Enter the Parkonomy website at parkonomy.com

Click on the padlock icon labelled ‘Log In’ located at the top of the home page.

Fill in your login details then click ‘Login’.

Head over to the navigation bar at the left of the customer profile page and under ‘BOOKINGS’ click on ‘List bookings’.

Find the session you want to extend the booking of and click on ‘Extend booking’.

You will then be brought to the car park location page to create a new session to work off your existing parking session.

Enter new date and time you wish to extend the session by; double check details are correct and click ‘Pay’.

You will then be taken to a confirmation page with details of the parking session you paid for.

If you are unable to use the extension link, please make a new booking coinciding with the end of your previous session through the normal booking process.
