How do I find invoices for parking sessions?

Enter the mobile website, tap the icon at the top left of the screen to reveal the menu, ensure you are logged in and tap 'My account'.

Tap on the ‘Active’ tab if you want to get an invoice from an active session or ‘History’ if you wish to find a past parking session. To open details of the parking session you selected, tap on the blue ‘More info’ text.

Once you enter the page scroll down to the bottom of the page and under where it says, ‘Total paid’, tap ‘click here to see your invoice’.

You can now download a PDF file of your invoice. Once downloaded you will see an invoice like in the example displayed here.
